Abstract
ABSTRAK Hasibuan, Tinur 2022. Implementasi Lesson Study Dengan Pendekatan STEM Untuk Mendeskripsikan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Menggunakan TBLA Pada Materi Gelombang: Skripsi, Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, FKIP Universitas Jambi, Pembimbing (I) Nova Susanti, S.Pd., M.Si. (II) Alrizal, S.Pd., M.Si. Kata Kunci: lesson study, STEM, pembelajaran fisika, transkip based lesson analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan lesson study dengan pendekatan STEM untuk mendeskripsikan kemandirian belajar siswa menggunakan TBLA pada materi gelombang yang dilatarbelakangi pentingnya kemandirian belajar siswa pada pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi pada bulan Februari 2022-Maret 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed methods yang mengkombinasikan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dimana, penelitian kualitatif diperoleh dari penerapan lesson study berlangsung dalam 2 siklus. Sedangkan penelitian kuantitatif diperoleh dari transcript based lesson analysis dan lembar observasi kemandirian belajar siswa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini pelaksanaan siklus 1 didominasi oleh guru dilihat dari percakapan yang terjadi antara guru dan peserta didik melalui data transkrip yang diperoleh. Siklus 1 menunjukkan sedikitnya respon peserta didik sehingga pembelajaran ini dikategorikan bersifat TCL (Teacher Centered Learning). Siklus 2 dilakukan untuk menindak lanjuti hasil transkrip pembelajaran siklus 1. Hasil penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan penerapan lesson study terhadap kemadirian belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran fisika berbasis STEM pada materi gelombang yang berbentuk dialog percakapan pembelajaran yang terjadi selama dua siklus sudah terlaksana dengan baik yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kemandirian belajar siswa keseluruhan pada siklus 1 dan 2. Pada siklus 1 terdapat 6 indikator yang memiliki kriteria sangat baik dengan rentang persentase 81,4%, 2 dan 1 indikator yang memiliki kriteria cukup baik dengan rentang persentase 56,2%. Kemudian pada siklus 2 terdapat 1 indikator yang yang memiliki kriteria sangat baik dengan rentang persentase 83,75% dan 1 indikator dengan kriteria cukup baik dengan rentang persentase 51,75%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini secara keseluruhan kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas XI IPA 3 masih bersifat TCL (Teacher Centered Learning). Disarankan agar guru dapat menerapkan lesson study berbasis STEM dengan analisis pelajaran berbasis transkrip dalam pembelajaran di kelas, sehingga memudahkan guru untuk menganalisis kemampuan individu siswa. This study aims to apply lesson study with a STEM approach to describe student learning independence using TBLA on wave material based on the importance of student learning independence in physics learning. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi in February 2022-March 2022. This type of research is a mixed methods research that combines qualitative and quantitative research in which qualitative research is obtained from the application of lesson study which takes place in 2 cycles. Meanwhile, quantitative research was obtained from transcript based lesson analysis and student learning independence observation sheets Based on the results of this study, the implementation of cycle 1 was dominated by the teacher seen from the conversations that occurred between the teacher and students through the transcript data obtained. Cycle 1 shows the least response from students so that this learning is categorized as TCL (Teacher Centered Learning). Cycle 2 was carried out to follow up on the results of the learning transcripts in cycle 1. The results of this study also described the application of lesson study to student learning independence in the STEM-based physics learning process on wave material in the form of dialogue conversations of learning that occurred during two cycles that had been carried out well, which was shown based on the results of observations of student learning independence as a whole in cycles 1 and 2. In cycle 1 there are 6 indicators that have very good criteria with a percentage range of 81.4%, 2 and 1 indicator that has fairly good criteria with a percentage range of 56.2%. Then in cycle 2 there is 1 indicator which has very good criteria with a percentage range of 83.75% and 1 indicator with quite good criteria with a percentage range of 51.75%. Based on this research, overall learning activities in class XI IPA 3 are still TCL (Teacher Centered Learning). It is suggested that teachers can apply STEM-based lesson study with transcript-based lesson analysis in classroom learning, making it easier for teachers to analyze students' individual abilities.
