Abstract

LATAR BELAKANG Partisipan pengangguran sarjana di kabupaten tebo memiliki harapan agar bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan dan agar bisa bersosialisasi dengan orang banyak akibat dari tidak bekerja membuat partisipan menarik diri, kecewa, dan kurang percaya diri. Cara partisipan mengatasi stress yang dialami dengan melakukan coping stress dimana seseorang berupaya untuk keluar dari masalah yang dialami. Agar partisipan bisa menemukan pemecahan masalah dengan berpikir positif, mengontrol diri, mengakui bahwa diri sendiri berperan dalam masalah, mengelola perasaan dan tindakan diri sendiri. TUJUAN Untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor yang mempengaruhi Coping Stress pada pengangguran sarjana pertanian di Kecamatan VII Koto Ilir, Kabupaten Tebo. METODE Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam. Analisis data Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Kriteria partisipan pengangguran sarjana pertanian, bertempat tinggal di Kecamatan VII Koto Ilir, Kabupaten Tebo. Perempuan berusia 21 keatas. HASIL Gambaran Coping Stress partisipan penelitian ini adalah plantful problem solving, kontrol diri, positive reappraisal, escave-avoidance, accepting responcibility, dan seeking social support. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah dukungan sosial dan kesehatan fisik. KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN Keempat partisipan telah menggambarkan Coping Stress dibalik keadaan menganggurnya, yang mampu menjadi motivasi untuk menjalani hidup dan mencapai kebahagiaan dalam dirinya. BACKGROUND Undergraduate unemployment participants in Tebo Regency have hopes that they will be able to get a job and to be able to socialize with many people. As a result of not working, resulted in participants to withdrawn, disappointed, and lacks confidence. The way participants cope with the stress experienced was by using coping stress in which a person tries to get out of the problems experienced. So that participants can find solutions to problems by thinking positively, doing self-control, acknowledging that they have a role in the problem, and managing their own feelings and actions. OBJECTIVES This research aims to know the description and factors affecting coping stress on agricultural graduates' unemployment in District VII Koto Ilir, Tebo Regency. METHODS This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The method used for data collection was in-depth interview techniques. The data analysis used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The criteria for participants were unemployed agricultural graduates, residing in District VII Koto Ilir, Tebo Regency. Women aged 21 years and over. RESULTS The depiction of participants' coping stress in this study was planful problem solving, self-control, positive reappraisal, escape avoidance, accepting responsiveness, and seeking social support. The influencing factors are social support and physical health. CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS The four participants have described the coping stress behind their unemployment, which can be a motivation to live life and achieve happiness within themselves.
