Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Covid-19 menjadi pandemi yang menyebabkan perawat sebagai salah satu garda terdepan dituntut untuk mampu meningkatkan dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik, mengingat banyaknya risiko dari Covid-19. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran Courage pada perawat RSUD Prof DR. H.M.Chatib Quzwain selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat RSUD Prof DR. H.M.Chatib Quzwain. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan total 92 perawat. Skala Courage menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil : Gambaran Courage pada perawat Prof. DR. H. M. Chatib Quzwain memiliki skor tertinggi 97.00, skor terendah 63.00, skor rata-rata sebesar 82.34 dengan kategorisasi sedang sebanyak 33 orang (35.87%). Sebanyak 25 orang (27.17%) dengan kategorisasi tinggi, sebanyak 22 orang (23.91%) dengan kategorisasi rendah, sebanyak 6 orang (6.52%) dengan kategorisasi sangat rendah, dan sebanyak 6 orang (6.52%) dengan kategorisasi sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Tingkat Courage perawat RSUD Prof DR. H. M. Chatib Quzwain umumnya berada pada kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, perawat sebaiknya lebih memperdalam tekad agar mampu untuk terus menjaga profesionalitas pekerjaan dalam situasi apapun termasuk dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 Kata Kunci : Courage, perawat, Covid-19 ABSTRACT Background : Covid-19 has become a pandemic caused nurses as one of the front line to be required to be able to improve and provide the best service, given the many risks from Covid-19. Objective : This study aimed to provide an overview of the Courage of nurses in RSUD Prof DR. H.M. Chatib Quzwain during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods : Quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research population was nurses at Prof DR. H.M. Chatib Quzwain. The research sample was taken by simple random sampling technique with 92 nurses sample. Courage scale using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique. Results : Courage's description of nurses Prof. DR. H. M. Chatib Quzwain had the highest score of 97.00, the lowest score of 63.00, the average score of 82.34 with a moderate categorization of 33 people (35.87%). As many as 25 people (27.17%) with high categorization, as many as 22 people (23.91%) with low categorization, as many as 6 people (6.52%) with very low categorization, and as many as 6 people (6.52%) with very high categorization. Conclusions and Suggestions : Courage level of nurses at Prof DR. H. M. Chatib Quzwain is generally in the medium category. Therefore, nurses should further deepen their determination, so they are able to continue to maintain work professionalism in any situation, including the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
