Abstract

EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM UPSUS PAJALE DI DESA SRI AGUNG KECAMATAN BATANG ASAM KABUPATEN TANJUNG JABUNG BARAT ANAS WINARSO1), YANUAR FITRI2), FENDRIA SATIVA2) 1) Alumni Jurusan Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi 2) Staf Pengajar Jurusan Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi Email : Anaswinarso14@gmail.com Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program UPSUS PAJALE (padi dan jagung) hubungan antara tingkat pelaksanaan program terhadap keberhasilan program UPSUS PAJALE (padi dan jagung). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sri Agung Kecamatan Batang Asam Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan jumlah responden 41 orang petani dan menggunakan analisis chi square. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan produktifitas komoditi padi dan jagung meningkat, sedangkan untuk Indeks Pertanaman (IP) tidak mengalami peningkatan. Pelaksanaan program UPSUS PAJALE yang meliputi pengembangan jaringan irigasi, optimasi lahan, penyediaan bantuan pupuk, bantuan benih jagung, penyediaan bantuan alat dan mesin pertanian, optimasi perluasan areal tanam dan pelaksanaan Gerakan Penerapan Pengolahan Tanaman Terpadu (GP-PTT) padi dan jagung sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan prosedur dilihat dari aspek-aspek tersebut. Hasil analisis Chi-Square untuk komoditi padi dan jagung menunjukan nilai x2hit yang lebih besar dari nilai x2tab yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara pelaksanaan program UPSUS PAJA dengan peningkatan produksi padi dan jagung. Nilai rpadi = 0,500 dan rjagung=0,435 artinya keeratan hubungan antara pelaksanaan program UPSUS PAJA dengan peningkatan produksi padi dan jagung tergolong kuat. Untuk komoditi padi dan jagung memiliki nilai Thit yang lebih besar dari Ttab artinya terdapat hubungan yang nyata pelaksanaan program UPSUS PAJA dengan peningkatan produksi padi dan jagung. Kata Kunci : UPSUS PAJALE, Indeks Pertanaman, Produktifitas Abstract This research aims to discover the implementation of UPSUS PAJALE (paddy and corn) program the relationship between program implementation level to the success of UPSUS PAJALE program (rice and corn). This research was conducted in Desa Sri Agung Batang Asam District, Tanjung Jabung Barat with 41 respondents from farmers and using chi square analysis. From the research result showed the productivity of paddy and corn commodities increased, while for Index of Planting (IP) did not increase. Implementation of UPSUS PAJALE program covering irrigation network development, land optimization, fertilizer supply, corn seed assistance, supply of agricultural equipment and machinery, optimization of planting area expansion and implementation of Integrated Crops Implementation Movement (GP-PTT) of rice and corn have been implemented with both and in accordance with the procedure seen from these aspects. The result of Chi Square analysis for rice and corn shows that the value of x2hit is bigger than x2tab which means there is a relation between the implementation of UPSUS PAJALE program with the escalation of rice and corn productions. The value of rpadi=0,500 dan rjagung =0,435 which means that the closeness of the relation between the implementation of UPSUS PAJALE program and the escalation of rice and corn productions is strong. For rice and corn commodity has a bigger value of Thit than the Ttab which means that there is a real relation between the implementation of UPSUS PAJALE program with the escalation of rice and corn productions.
