Abstract
Latar Belakang : Dermatitis kontak iritan merupakan salah satu permasalahan penyakit akibat kerja yang ditunjukan dengan adanya suatu reaksi peradangan lokal non imunologik yang terjadi pada kulit diakibatkan adanya kontak langsung bahan endogen maupun eksogen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene, lama paparan dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan kejadian dermatitis kontak irian pada pedagang ikan di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi Tahun 2022. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 87 pedagang ikan di Pasar Angso Duo. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini personal hygiene, Lama paparan, penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner lalu dilakukan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ada keluhan dermatitis kontak iritan dengan proporsi 60,9% dan tidak ada keluhan 39,1%. Proporsi personal hygiene dengan kategori buruk sebesar 54,1% dengan kategori baik 46,0%, lama paparan dengan kategori berisiko 55,2% dan kurang berisiko 44,8%, penggunaan APD kurang lengkap dengan proporsi 60,9% dan APD lengkap 39,1%. Berdasarkan uji statistik adanya hubungan keluhan dermatitis kontak iritan dengan personal hygiene (p=0,007), lama paparan (p=0,000), dan penggunaan APD (p=0,010). Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara personal hygiene, lama paparan dan penggunaan APD. Penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan lengkap dan peralatan penunjang kebersihan seperti sabun cuci tangan serta melakukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat Kata Kunci: Dermatitis Kontak iritan, Alat Pelindung diri, Personal hygiene, Lama Kontak. ABSTRACT Background: Irritant contact dermatitis is one of the occupational disease problems which is indicated by the presence of a non-immunologic local inflammatory reaction that occurs on the skin due to direct contact with endogenous or exogenous materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene, duration of exposure and use of personal protective equipment with the incidence of irian contact dermatitis in fish traders at Angso Duo Market, Jambi City in 2022. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples is 87 fish traders in Angso Duo Market. The independent variables in this study were personal hygiene, duration of exposure, use of personal protective equipment. Data was collected by means of interviews using a questionnaire and then performed a chi-square statistical test. Results: The results of the study there were complaints of irritant contact dermatitis with a proportion of 60.9% and no complaints 39.1%. The proportion of personal hygiene in the poor category was 54.1% with the good category 46.0%, the length of exposure with the risk category 55.2% and the less risky category 44.8%, the use of PPE incomplete with the proportion of 60.9% and complete PPE 39 ,1%. Based on statistical tests, there was a relationship between complaints of irritant contact dermatitis and personal hygiene (p=0.007), length of exposure (p=0.000), and use of PPE (p=0.010). Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between personal hygiene, duration of exposure and use of PPE.
