Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan Dapertemen Kesehatan persentase bendungan ASI mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ketahun dimana pada tahun 2015 ibu yang mengalami bendungan ASI sebesar 66,87% terjadi peningkatan pada tahun 2016 sebesar 71,10%. Peningkatan kejadian bendungan ASI sangat berpengaruh terhadap masa postpartum. Upaya dalam mengatasi masalah ini yaitu dapat dilakukan secara non farmakologis dengan kompres daun kubis. Kubis kaya akan akan kandungan sulfur yang dapat mengurangi pembengkakan dan peradangan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres daun kubis terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu postpartum. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan peneliti. Pencarian artikel menggunakan databased google scholar, PubMed dan portal garuda. Kata kunci pencarian literatur ini yaitu kompres kubis, pembengkakan payudara dan postpartum. Hasil pencarian artikel disaring berdasarkan judul, abstrak, kata kunci dan tahun serta melihat keseluruhan teks. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis artikel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria dari total keseluruhan yang didapatkan yaitu 424 artikel. Artikel yang sesuai dengan penelitian didapatkan 10 artikel yang dianalisis, didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan kompres daun kubis terhadap pembengkakan payudara pada ibu postpartum. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan studi literatur kompres daun kubis efektif dalam pengurangan skala pembengkakan pada ibu postpartum.. Kata Kunci: Kompres Kubis, Pembengkakan Payudara, Postpartum. Background: Based on the Ministry of Health, the percentage of breast milk dams has increased from year to year where in 2015 mothers who experienced breast milk dams were 66.87%, an increase in 2016 was 71.10%. The increase in the incidence of breast milk dam is very influential on the postpartum period. Efforts to overcome this problem can be done non-pharmacologically with cabbage leaf compresses. Cabbage is rich in sulfur content which can reduce swelling and inflammation. Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cabbage leaf compresses on breast swelling in postpartum mothers. Methods: This study uses a literature study approach with the criteria set by the researcher. Search articles using the Google Scholar database, PubMed and the Garuda portal. The keywords in this literature search were cabbage compresses, breast engorgement and postpartum. Article search results are filtered by title, abstract, keyword and year and view the entire text. Results: Based on the results of the analysis of research articles that meet the criteria of the total obtained, namely 424 articles. According to the article, 10 articles were analyzed, it was found that there was a significant effect of cabbage leaf compress on breast swelling in postpartum mothers. Conclusion: Based on a literature study, cabbage leaf compresses are effective in reducing swelling scale in postpartum mothers. Keywords: Cabbage Compress, Breast Swelling, Postpartum.
