Abstract
This research aimed to develop e-materials of English communication skills based on ethno-constructivism for young learners. This study employed both qualitative and quantitative methods to develop media. The development procedures were adapted using the ADDIE model. This study only employed three phases. There were three phases: analysis, design, and development. The analysis phase consists of analyzing the needs of students, English textbooks for students, and the national curriculum. The design phase commenced with the creation of an e-materials storyboard and appearance design. The development phase began with production and concluded with an expert evaluation. The result indicated that the content validation score percentage was 80% for content and 80% for usability, both of which are categorized as "Good." In terms of e-materials' size, cover design, and content design, the media validation score reached 80%. Likewise, all aspects are categorized as "Good." The validity of the product developed through this research can be determined. In addition, suggestions for future research are discussed in this thesis.
