Abstract

Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) salah satu penyebab kematian bayi baru lahir, dimana AKB merupakan indicator dari Suitable Development Goals (SDGs) yang akan mengakhiri kematian AKABA, 25 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2030. BBLR merupakan masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, karena pada bayi dengan BBLR dapat menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan, perkembangan dan gangguan mental pada masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perawatan Metode Kangguru terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada bayi dengan BBLR. Metodepenelitian ini merupakan studi literature dengan pencarian menggunakan data base Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, dan Researchgate untuk menemukan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil analisis artikel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria dari total keseluruhan yang didapatkan yaitu 681 artikel. Artikel yang sesuai dengan penelitian didapatkan 10 artikel yang dianalisis, didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan perawatan metode kangguru terhadap berat badan pada bayi dengan BBLR.Kesimpulan studi literatur Perawatan Metode Kangguru efektif dalam meningkatkan berat badan pada bayi dengan BBLR. Kata Kunci: Perawatan Metode Kangguru, Berat Badan, Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah. Low Birth Weight (LBW) is one of the causes of newborn mortality, where the IMR is an indicator of the Suitable Development Goals (SDGs) which will end AKABA deaths, 25 per 1,000 live births in 2030. LBW is a problem that needs special attention, because in infants with LBW it can cause impaired growth, development and mental disorders in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of Kangaroo Treatment Method on weight gain in infants with low birth weight. This research method is a literature study with a search using the Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Researchgate databases to find articles that match the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the analysis of research articles that meet the criteria of the total obtained are 681 articles. According to the article, 10 articles were analyzed, which showed a significant effect from the application of the kangaroo method of care on body weight in infants with low birth weight. Conclusion of literature study Kangaroo Care Method is effective in increasing body weight in infants with LBW. Keywords: Kangaroo Method Care, Body Weight, Low Birth Weight Babies.
