Abstract

ABSTRAK Laporan Magang ini berjudul “PROSEDUR PEMBERIAN INSENTIF PETUGAS BACA METER PERUMDAM TIRTA MAYANG KOTA JAMBI”. Penulisan ini dilakukan di Perumdam Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi, tujuan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur Pemberian Insentif Untuk Petugas Baca Meter pada Perumdam Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. Dalam laporan ini metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah data primer yang berarti data langsung seperti wawancara terhadap pegawai, dan data sekunder yang berarti data tidak langsung/yang sudah ada dari instansi tersebut seperti daftar pembayaran insentif petugas baca meter, daftar potongan insentif salah baca/complain dan SK Direksi terkait pembayaran insentif untuk petugas baca meter Perumdam Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci: Prosedur, Pemberian, Insentif ABSTRACT This Internship Report is entitled "PROCEDURE FOR GIVING INCENTIVE OFFICERS READ METERS PERUMDAM TIRTA MAYANG, JAMBI CITY". This writing was carried out at Perumdam Tirta Mayang Jambi City, the purpose of this report is to find out how the Procedure for Providing Incentives for Meter Reading Officers at Perumdam Tirta Mayang Jambi City. In this report, the method used for data collection is primary data which means direct data such as interviews with employees, and secondary data which means indirect/existing data from the agency such as a list of incentive payments for meter reading officers, a list of misreading/incentive deductions, complaints and a Decree from the Board of Directors regarding incentive payments for Perumdam Tirta Mayang meter reading officers, Jambi City.
