Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Manajemen Modal Kerja Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Farmasi Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Metodelogi atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu membahas sebab akibat atau penelitian yang bersifat kausal komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2020 yang terdiri dari 12 Perusahaan dan sampel berjumlah 7 perusahaan farmasi setelah diseleksi dari beberapa kriteria pemilihan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t, dengan signifikan (α) 5%. Data ini di analisis menggunakan software data statistic yaitu eviews, dan di analisis regresi data panel dan model yang digunakan berupa common effect model, fixed effect, dan random effect model. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 Perusahaan Farmasi Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020 yang dijadikan populasi dan sampel pada penelitian Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets) pada perusahaan farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Sedangkan secra parsial, perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, perputaran piutang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan sedangkan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets) pada Perusahaan Farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Kata Kunci : Modal Kerja, Profitabilitas   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability in pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The methodology or approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, namely discussing causality or comparative causal research. The population in this study were all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period which consisted of 12 companies and a sample of 7 pharmaceutical companies after being selected from several selection criteria. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and t test, with a significant (α) 5%. This data is analyzed using statistical data software, namely eviews, and in panel data regression analysis and the model used is the common effect model, fixed effect, and random effect model. This research was conducted on 12 pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period which were used as the population and sample in the study Based on the results of the study, it shows that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on Profitability (Return On Assets) in pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. While partially, cash turnover has a negative and insignificant effect, accounts receivable turnover has a negative and insignificant effect, while inventory turnover has a positive and significant impact on Profitability (Return On Assets) of Pharmaceutical Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period.
