Abstract

ABSTRACT Backgrounds : When approaching the delivery process, the pregnant woman’s heart has mixed feelings, fear and anxiety are also mixed in her mind. To reduce anxiety during childbirth is the presence of a mother’s companion such as a husband. The presence of the husband during the delivery process can have a positive effect on childbirth, which can reduce morbidity, reduce pain, shorten labor. And reduce the rate of delivery by surgery, including caesarean section. Objective: To analyze research articles related to the relationship of husband support to anxiety during the labor process Methods : This study uses a literature study method, searching for articles using 6 electronic based ones, namely Goggle Scholar, Sematic Schlolar, Pubmed, Garuda, Elsevier, Research Gate. With the keywords husbands support, anxiety, childbirth process and husband support, anxiety, childbirth process. Accredited, full paper, published from 2017-2021. Results : Analysis of 11 articles obtained the same result that there is a relationship between husband support for anxiety during the delivery process. This is indicated by the higher the husband support, the lower the maternal anxiety level. Conclusions : The results of the article analysis show that there is a significant relationship between husband support and anxiety during childbirth. So it is necessary to hold counseling about the importance of husband support during the process of giving birth to this wife. Keyword : Husband Support, Anxiety, Childbirth Process. xv ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Mendekati proses persalinan berbagai perasaan dialami oleh ibu hamil, diantaranya rasa cemas. Untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada saat persalinan ialah dengan kehadiran pendamping ibu seperti suami. Kehadiran suami saat proses persalinan dapat menimbulkan efek yang positif terhadap persalinan, yaitu dapat menurunkan morbiditas, mengurangi rasa sakit, mempersingkat persalinan serta dapat menurunkan angka persalinan dengan operasi seperti bedah caesarea. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis artikel penelitian terkait hubungan dukungan suami terhadap kecemasan selama proses persalinan Metode : Studi ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, pencarian artikel menggunakan 6 elektronik based yaitu Goggle Scholar, Sematic Scholar, Pubmed, Garuda, Elsevier, Research Gate. Dengan kata kunci dukungan suami, kecemasan, proses persalinan dan husbands support, anxiety, childbirth process. Jurnal Terakreditasi, full paper, dipublikasikan dari 2017-2021. Hasil : Analisis dari 11 artikel didapatkan hasil yang sama bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan suami terhadap kecemasan selama proses persalinan. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin tinggi dukungan suami, maka semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin. Kesimpulan : Hasil analisis artikel menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara hubungan dukungan suami terhadap kecemasan selama proses persalinan. Maka perlu diadakan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya dukungan suami selama proses persalinan istri. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Suami, Kecemasan, Proses Persalinan
