Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert terhadap 50 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jambi. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji R-Square dan uji hipotesis dengan bootstrapping dengan bantuan PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jambi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jambi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jambi. Bagi pihak Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jambi diharapkan selalu menjaga organizational citizenship behavior pegawai dengan selalu menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional yang baik dan membangun budaya organisasi yang kuat. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan ke variabel-variabel lain yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior ABSTRACT This research aimed to determined the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Jambi Province Departement Industry and Trade. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 50 Civil Servants (PNS) at Departement Industry and Trade of Jambi Province. The data testing techniques used include validity and relibility tests, R-square tests and hypothesis testing with bootstrapping with the help of PLS 3. The result of this research showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB on employees of the Departement Industry and Trade of Jambi Province, culture organization has a positive and significant effect on OCB employees of the Departement Industry and Trade of Jambi Province, transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on OCB employees of the Departement Industry and Trade of Jambi Province. Departement Industry and Trade of Jambi Province is expected to always maintain organizational citizenship behavior by always applying a good transformational leadership and building a strong organizational culture. For further research is expected to develop other variabels which is suspected to influence organizational citizenship behavior.
