Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pada Tahun 2020 pandemi Covid-19 dinyatakan Bencana Nasional di Indonesia. Peningkatan kasus terjadi cukup cepat di Indonesia. Pada 25 Maret 2020 kasus terkonfirmasi 414.179 dengan 18.440 angka kematian di 192 wilayah di Indonesia. Banyaknya masyarakat kurang pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap protokol kesehatan. Data kejadian Covid-19 semakin meningkat tahun 2021 pada 18 September 2021 berdasarkan Kemenkes RI kasus terkonfirmasi 4.188.529 dengan angka kematian 140.323(3,4%) kasus. Kasus aktif sebanyak 65.066 (1,6%). Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang tertinggi terkonfirmasi wabah Covid-19 di negara global. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk melihat Gambaran Tingkat Kepatuhan Penerapan Protokol Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat Yang Berkunjung ke Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Deskriptif Observasional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi 5M yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan, membatasi mobilitas. Pengambilan 110 sampel menggunakan tehnik probability sampling dengan metode stratified random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dengan rumus perhitungan persentase arikunto dengan kategori penilaian persentase kategori patuh >70% dan kategori tidak patuh <70%. Hasil : Gambaran kepatuhan secara keseluruhan secara umum berdasarkan gambaran tingkat kepatuhan penerapan protokol Covid-19 pada masyarakat yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Kota Jambi berjumlah 53 responden (48,18 %), sedangkan masyarakat yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Kota Jambi yang tidak patuh berjumlah 57 responden (51,81%). Kesimpulan : Masyarakat yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Kota Jambi masih dikategorikan rendah dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan covid-19 dikarenakan masih banyaknya masyarakat tidak peduli akan adanya fasilitas yang tersedia di puskesmas pada masa pandemi yang dapat membahayakan individu ataupun individu lainnya. Disarankan perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M ini. Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Protokol Kesehatan, Kepatuhan. ABSTRAC Background : In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic was declared a National Disaster in Indonesia. The increase in cases occurred quite quickly in Indonesia. On March 25, 2020, there were 414,179 confirmed cases with 18,440 deaths in 192 regions in Indonesia. Many people lack knowledge and understanding of health protocols. Data on the incidence of Covid-19 increased in 2021 on September 18, 2021, based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health, 4,188,529 confirmed cases with a death rate of 140,323 (3.4%) cases. Active cases were 65,066 (1.6%). Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest confirmed Covid-19 outbreak in a global country. Objective : This study aims to see a description of the level of compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 protocol in people who visit the Simpang IV Sipin Health Center. Methods : The method used in this research is descriptive observational method. The instrument used is the 5M observation sheet, namely wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, limiting mobility. Taking 110 samples using probability sampling technique with stratified random sampling method. Data analysis used univariate analysis with the formula for calculating the percentage of Arikunto with the percentage assessment category in the compliance category >70% and the non-compliance category <70% Results : The overall picture of compliance is based on the description of the level of compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 protocol in the people who visited the Simpang IV Sipin Public Health Center in Jambi City totaled 53 respondents (48.18%), while the people who visited the Simpang IV Sipin Public Health Center in Jambi City were non-compliance amounted to 57 respondents (51.81%). Conclusion : People who visit the Simpang IV Sipin Health Center in Jambi City are still categorized as low in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol because there are still many people who don't care about the facilities available at the Puskesmas during the pandemic which can harm individuals or other individuals. It is recommended to educate the public about the importance of implementing this 5M health protocol. Keywords: Covid-19, Health Protocol, Compliance.
