Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan penggunaan financial technology (fintech) payment terhadap kinerja pada usaha menengah di Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode sampling insidental. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada usaha menengah dan penggunaan financial technology (fintech) payment berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja pada usaha menengah. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, fintech payment, kinerja pada usaha menengah ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and the use of financial technology (fintech) payments on the performance of medium-sized businesses in the city of Sungai Penuh. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used non-probability sampling by using the incidental sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 125 respondents. The data used are primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of medium-sized businesses in Sungai Penuh city and financial technology (fintech) payments have a positive and significant impact on the performance of medium-sized businesses in Sungai Penuh city.
