Abstract

ABSTRAK Laporan Tugas Akhir ini untuk melihat dan menggambarkan Prosedur Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Pada SAMSAT KELILING di UPTD Jambi. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pembayaran PKB, berapakah tarif pembayaran serta tarif pengenaan denda jika terjadi keterlambatan di UPTD Jambi yang sesuai menurut PERDA No.6 Tahun 2011 tentang Pajak Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur, tarif dan denda yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Perpajakan yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini didapatkan langsung dari sumbernya melalui wawancara, data sekunder berupa arsip, dan observasi melalui buku maupun internet/website. Kata kunci: Prosedur Pembayaran PKB, SAMSAT ABSTRACT This Final Project Report is to see and describe the Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Procedure at SAMSAT KELILING in UPTD Jambi. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the PKB payment procedure is, what is the payment rate and the rate of imposition of fines if there is a delay in the UPTD Jambi according to PERDA No. 6 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes of Jambi Province. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the procedures, tariffs and fines carried out are in accordance with the existing Tax Regulations. The method used in making this final report was obtained directly from the source through interviews, secondary data in the form of archives, and observations through books and the internet/websites.
