Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto , Upah Minimum Provinsi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran di Pulau Sumatera tahun 2017-2021 serta berada dibawah naungan Dr. Drs. H. Zulgani, M.P dan Selamet Rahmadi, S.E, M.Si.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) untuk mengetahui perkembangan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto , Upah Minimum Provinsi , Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Tingkat Pengangguran di Pulau Sumatera tahun 2017-2021. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto , Upah Minimum Provinsi , Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran di Pulau Sumatera tahun 2017-2021.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan model data panel menggunakan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtun waktu (time series), mulai dari tahun 2012-2021 Serta menggunakan 10 provinsi yang ada di Pulau Sumatera. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional dan instansi-instansi terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif- kuantitatif. Alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Data Panel.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa perkembangan PDRB,UMP dan IPM di Pulau Sumatera mengalami kenaikan.PDRB berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran ,UMP berpengaruh Negatif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran , IPM berpengaruh Negatif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran. This research is entitled The Effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Provincial Minimum Wage and Human Development Index on Unemployment Rate on Sumatra Island in 2017-2021 and is under the auspices of Dr. Drs. H. Zulgani, M.P and Selamet Rahmadi, S.E, M.Si. The purpose of this study is to 1) determine the development of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Provincial Minimum Wage, Human Development Index and Unemployment Rate on Sumatra Island in 2017-2021. 2) to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Provincial Minimum Wage, Human Development Index on the Unemployment Rate in Sumatra Island in 2017-2021. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with panel data model using Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. . This study uses time series data, starting from 2012-2021 and uses 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. The sources of data in this study were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the National Development Planning Agency and related agencies. The research method used in this research is descriptive- quantitative analysis method. The data analysis tool in this study uses Panel Data Regression. The results show that the development of GRDP, UMP and HDI on the island of Sumatra has increased. GRDP has a positive and not significant effect on the unemployment rate, the UMP has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate, HDI has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate. significant to the Unemployment Rate.
