Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Governance effectiveness and Coordination Performance and Environment Organizational Citizenship Behavior (E-OCB) on the Implementation of the CSR Program (Empirical Study: in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency)”. This study has 151 respondents from companies in West Tanjung Jabung Regency that conduct CSR. The analytical tool used is SMART PLS. The results of this study can be concluded that Improving the Effectiveness of Governance and Coordination Performance is able to improve the CSR Program in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. However, the Environment Organizational Citizenship Behavior (E-OCB) was not able to improve the CSR program in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Then, the improvement of the CSR program was able to increase the sustainability of the CSR program in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. Then, Improving the Effectiveness of Governance and Coordination Performance is able to improve the Sustainability of the CSR Program through the CSR Program in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. On the other hand, the CSR program was unable to mediate the influence of the Environmental Organizational Citizenship Behavior (E-OCB) on the sustainability of the CSR program in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency.
