Abstract
Berbagai isu yang tengah melanda seluruh kawasan baik regional, nasional, maupun internasional telah mempengaruhi adanya perkembangan dan perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik yang terjadi di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri. Perubahan dan perkembangan tersebut telah menjadi faktor eksternal bagi pengambil keputusan, pelaku bisnis, birokrat dan akademisi. AIMI sebagai organisasi profesi di bidang manajemen (sejak 2010) telah memfasilitasi pertemuan antara praktisi dan akademisi serta birokrat dalam pertemuan Seminar Nasional yang kali ini (28 Oktober 2017) diadakan di Jambi dengan tema Peningkatan resources dalam lingkungan yang penuh ketidakpastian dan call for paper terkait topik sektor pariwisata, keuangan, manufacturing, CSR, leadership, dan lain-lain. Peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam Seminar nasional ini adalah: 1. Ketua Program Manajemen seluruh Indonesia. 2. Akademisi dari berbagai universitas 3. Praktisi Bisnis 4. Pengambil kebijakan publik 5. Mahasiswa Akhirnya, mudah-mudahan kumpulan dari makalah-makalah yang diseminarkan dalam bentuk prosiding ini dapat menjadi sumbang saran pemikiran dalam pengembangan keilmuan di Indonesia. Pada link ini Sdr. dapat mengunduh buku prosiding lengkap maupun masing-masing makalah secara terpisah.
