Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa efektif kemampuan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa melalui teknik self management dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siklus1, siklus2, dan siklus3, dan mengungkap seberapa besar peningkatan kemampuan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa dapat dicapai dalam penerapan teknik self management pada siklus1, siklus2, dan siklus3. Jenis penelitian ini adalam penelitian tindakan layanan (PTL). Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA N 9 Kota Jambi dengan inisial, ZQ, T, RY, RD, RN, DS, RP, CR, MR, dan NB. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 3 siklus yang setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Untuk melihat proses dari siklus yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan didukung oleh kriteria keberhasilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukklan bahwa teknik self management dapat meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaann studi lanjut siswa. Dari tiga siklus yang dilaksanakan, siklus ke-tiga memiliki hasil terbaik yaitu kemampuan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa meningkat mencapai 89% dengan ketepatan pelaksanaan teknik yang dilakukan peneliti berdasarkan penilaian kolaborator sebesar 97% dan rata-rata keaktifan siswa dalam proses penerapan teknik mencapai 2,9 atau 97% berjalan aktif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi trobosan bagi praktisi Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk mengembangkan ilmu dalam membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan studi lanjut This study aims to reveal how effective students' advanced study planning skills are through self-management techniques in group guidance services in cycle1, cycle2, and cycle3, and reveal how much improvement in students' advanced study planning abilities can be achieved in the application of self-management techniques in cycle1, cycle2, and cycle3. This type of research is service action research (PTL). The subjects in this study were 10 students of class XI IPS 3 SMA N 9 Jambi City with the initials, ZQ, T, RY, RD, RN, DS, RP, CR, MR, and NB. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. To see the process of the cycle carried out, namely by collecting data using observations, interviews and supported by success criteria. The results of the study show that self-management techniques can improve students' planning skills for further studies. Of the three cycles carried out, the third cycle had the best results, namely the ability to plan further studies of students increased to 89% with the accuracy of the implementation of techniques carried out by researchers based on collaborator assessments of 97% and the average activeness of students in the process of applying techniques reached 2,9 or 97% active running. The results of this study are expected to be a breakthrough for Guidance and Counseling practitioners to develop knowledge in helping students improve their ability to plan further studies
