Abstract

Learning is a part or element that has a very dominant role to realize the quality of graduates (out put) education. LKPD is one of the teaching materials that can be used in learning activities. The purpose of this research is to develop LKPD product based on scientific approach on environmental change and waste recycling materials, to know the feasibility of LKPD based on scientific approach on environmental change and waste recycling materials and to know the perception of teachers and students on LKPD development based on scientific approach to change material environment and waste recycling. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages of development, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation. Qualitative data obtained from material validators and media validators. While the quantitative data obtained from the response of teachers and students. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 7 Kota Jambi.Validation of media and material was done 3 times. The final validation by the material validator gets a score of 64 with an 80% percentage included in the "Very Good" category. The final validation by the media validator scores 76 with a percentage of 90.47% is included in the "Very Good" category. The teacher's perception trial scored 72 with a 90% percentage included in the "Excellent" category. Subsequently small group trials obtained a score of 495 with a percentage of 85.93% including the "Excellent" category. Based on these results can be concluded that LKPD products based on scientific approaches developed can be used in biology learning activities in school or learning independently.
