Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini tentang “Pengaruh Program Jambi Cerdas BAZNAS Provinsi Jambi dan Motivasi Belajar dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa dan mahasiswa di Kota Jambi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristrik siswa dan mahasiswa penerima bantuan Program Jambi Cerdas BAZNAS Provinsi Jambi (2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Program Jambi Cerdas BAZNAS Provinsi Jambi dan motivasi belajar dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa dan mahasiswa di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer berupa observasi kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan mahasiswa penerima bantuan dana zakat pada program jambi cerdas BAZNAS provinsi jambi pada periode 2019-2020. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling, sampel didapat dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristrik responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin didominasi oleh perempuan, dengan usia 19-24 tahun, dengan tingkat pendidikan SMA, dengan mayoritas asal sekolah MAN 2 Kota jambi, dengan besaran bantuan terbanyak didominasi dengan jumlah Rp. 400.000. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear berganda variabel program jambi cerdas dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi siswa dan mahasiswa di Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci : Program Jambi Cerdas, Motivasi Belajar dan Prestasi ABSTRACT This research is about "The Influence of the Jambi Smart BAZNAS Program in Jambi Province and Learning Motivation in improving student and student achievement in Jambi City". This study aims (1) to find out how the characteristics of students and students who receive assistance from the Jambi Smart BAZNAS Program in Jambi Province (2) to find out how the influence of the Jambi Smart BAZNAS Program in Jambi Province and learning motivation in improving student and student achievement in Jambi City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study . The data sources used are secondary data and primary data in the form of questionnaire observations and documentation. The population in this study were students and students who received zakat fund assistance in the Jambi Smart BAZNAS Program in Jambi Province in the 2019-2020 period. While the sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, the sample was obtained using the slovin formula with a total sample of 78 respondents. The data analysis technique used is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that thearachtertrics of respondents based on gender were dominated by women, aged 19-24 years, with a high school education level, with the majority of them from MAN 2 schools in Jambi City, with the most amount of assistance dominated by the amount of Rp. 400,000. Based on multiple linear regression testing, the variables of the smart jambi program and learning motivation have a significant effect on improving student and student achievement in Jambi City.
