Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli laptop pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jambi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode Ex-post Facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021 yang berjumlah 106 dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 84 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli laptop. (2) Terdapat pengaruh Harga terhadap minat beli laptop. (3) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli laptop. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli laptop. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Minat Beli. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on laptop buying interest among students of Economics Education, Jambi University, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with the Ex-post facto method. The population in this study was limited to 106 students of Economics Education class 2021 with a sample of 84 students using simple random sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that (1) There is an effect of product quality on laptop buying interest. (2) There is an effect of price on the interest in buying a laptop. (3) There is an influence of product quality and price on buying interest in laptops. From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect between product quality and price on laptop buying interest. Keywords: Product Quality, Price and Purchase Interest.
