Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pekerja di PKS Aur Gading berisiko mengalami bahaya psikososial. Faktor psikososial dapat menyebabkan lingkungan semakin stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor psikososial di tempat kerja terhadap stres pada tenaga kerja di PKS Aur Gading. Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional analysis. Sampel sebanyak 51 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan populasinya seluruh pekerja di PKS Aur Gading. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Sebagian besar responden mengalami stres kerja berat sebanyak 30 orang (58,8%) dan stres kerja ringan sebanyak 21 orang (41,2%). Berdasarkan uji chi square diperoleh hasil kondisi kesehatan (p= 0,000) dan kepribadian (p=0,048), umur (p=1,0), masa kerja (p=0,907), unit kerja (p=0,430), status pernikahan (p=0,987), jumlah anak (p=0,411), tuntutan di tempat kerja (p=0,436), organisasi kerja dan konten pekerjaan (p=0,068), relasi interpersonal dan kepemimpinan (p=0,827), interaksi individu dan pekerjaannya (p=0,408), modal sosial (p=0,069) serta konflik dan perilaku ofensif (p=0,877). Kesimpulan dan saran : Variabel yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah kondisi kesehatan dan kepribadian. Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan pekerja dengan pengecekan kesehatan rutin serta memperhatikan asupan agar kesehatan mereka tetap terjaga. Perusahaan juga perlu melakukan seleksi dan penempatan pekerja sesuai kemampuan. Background : Workers at PKS Aur Gading are at risk of experiencing psychosocial hazards. Psychosocial factors can make the environment more stressful. This study aims to determine the relationship of psychosocial factors at work to stress on workers at PKS Aur Gading. Methods : Quantitative research with cross sectional analysis study design. The sample is 51 respondents using accidental sampling technique with the entire population of workers in PKS Aur Gading. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Result : Most of the respondents experienced heavy work stress as many as 30 people (58.8%) and light work stress as many as 21 people (41.2%). Based on the chi square test, the results of health conditions (p = 0.000) and personality (p = 0.048), age (p = 1.0), years of service (p = 0.907), work unit (p = 0.430), marital status (p = 0.987), number of children (p = 0.411), demands at work (p = 0.436), work organization and work content (p = 0.068), interpersonal relations and leadership (p = 0.827), individual and work interactions (p = 0.408), social capital (p=0.069) and conflict and offensive behavior (p=0.877). Conclusion and Suggestion: Variables related to work stress are health conditions and personality. Companies need to pay attention to the health conditions of workers with regular health checks and pay attention to intake so that their health is maintained. Companies also need to select and place workers according to their abilities.
