Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Jumlah, Penduduk, Inflasi dan Belanja Modal terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah provinsi di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa periode 2006-2021 serta melihat bagaimana kondisi masing-masing variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Jumlah Penduduk, Inflasi, Belanja Modal dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa mengalami kondisi fluktuatif selama tahun 2006-2021. (2) Secara parsial variable Jumlah Penduduk provinsi di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa berpengaruh positif terhadap PAD. Jumlah Penduduk di Pulau Jawa lebih berpengaruh terhadap PAD dibandingkan Jumlah Penduduk di Pulau Sumatera. (3) Secara parsial variabel Inflasi di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa ada yang berpengaruh negatif dan positif namun tidak ada yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD. Inflasi di Pulau Jawa lebih berpengaruh terhadap PAD dibandingkan dengan Inflasi di Pulau Sumatera. (4) Secara parsial variabel Belanja Modal provinsi di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa berpengaruh positif terhadap PAD. Belanja Modal Pulau Jawa lebih berpengaruh terhadap PAD dibandingkan Belanja Modal di Pulau Sumatera. (5) Secara simultan masing-masing provinsi di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah Penduduk, Inflasi dan Belanja Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD. Kata kunci: Jumlah Penduduk, Inflasi, Belanja Modal dan PAD   Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Total, Population, Inflation and Capital Expenditure on the Province's Original Regional Revenue in Sumatra and Java for the period 2006-2021 and see how the condition of each variable is. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Total Population, Inflation, Capital Expenditures and Provincial Original Income in Sumatra and Java experienced fluctuating conditions during 2006-2021. (2) Partially, the variable population of provinces in Sumatra and Java has a positive effect on PAD. The population on the island of Java is more influential on PAD than the population on the island of Sumatra. (3) Partially, the inflation variable in Sumatra and Java has a negative and positive effect, but none has a significant effect on PAD. Inflation in Java has more influence on PAD than inflation in Sumatra. (4) Partially, the provincial capital expenditure variables in Sumatra and Java have a positive effect on PAD. Capital Expenditure on Java Island has more influence on PAD than Capital Expenditure on Sumatra Island. (5) Simultaneously, each province in Sumatra and Java shows that the Total Population, Inflation and Capital Expenditure have a significant effect on PAD.
