Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini ialah (a) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik sosial dan ekonomi pelaku usaha kerupuk udang di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok (b) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan produksi dan pendapatan pelaku usaha kerupuk udang sebelum dan semasa pandemic Covid-19 di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok (c) Untuk mengetahui dan Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan pendapatan pelaku usaha kerupuk udang di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok. Metode yang digunakan ialah Analisis Deskiptif, Paired Sample t-test (Uji-Z) dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan karakteristik kondisi social dan ekonomi pelaku usaha kerupuk udang di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok ialah : Rata-rata umur pemilik usaha kerupuk udang yaitu 46,4 tahun, Jenis kelamin terbanyak ialah perempuan,tingkat pendidikan terbanyak ialah pada tingkat SD, Status perkawinan terbanyak ialah menikah, jumlah tanggungan anak ialah 2 anak, status pekerjaan ialah sebagai pekerjaan sampingan, tenaga kerja yang digunakan kebanyakan hanya 1 orang tenaga kerja, rata-rata modal tetap ialah sebesar Rp 4.965.000, dan rata-rata modal operasional ialah sebesar Rp 5.648.750, lama usaha yakni 14-16,5 tahun, sumber modal yakni sumber modal lainnya. Dari hasil Uji Beda atau Paired Sampel T-test dapat diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata produksi pelaku usaha kerupuk udang dan ada pula perbedaan tingkat pendapatan pelaku usaha kerupuk udang sebelum dan semasa Covid-19 di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok. Dan dari hasil regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa elastisitas variabel modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel produksi usaha kerupuk udang di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok, sedangkan elastisitas variabel umur, tingkat pendidikan dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi usaha kerupuk udang di Kelurahan Tanjung Solok. Serta variabel modal dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha kerupuk udang, untuk variabel umur terdapat pengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan variabel tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha kerupuk udang. Kata Kunci : Produksi, Pendapatan, Modal, Umur, Tingkat Pendidikan, dan Tenaga Kerja ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are (a) to determine and analyze the social and economic characteristics of shrimp cracker business actors in Tanjung Solok Village (b) to determine and analyze differences in production and income of shrimp cracker business actors before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tanjung Solok Village ( c) To find out and analyze the factors that affect the production and income of shrimp cracker business actors in Tanjung Solok Village. The method used is Descriptive Analysis, Paired Sample t-test (Z-Test) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on the characteristics of the social and economic conditions of shrimp cracker business actors in Tanjung Solok Village, namely: The average age of the shrimp cracker business owner is 46.4 years, the most gender is female, the highest level of education is at the elementary level, Status most marriages are married, the number of dependent children is 2 children, the status of work is as a side job, the workforce used is mostly only 1 worker, the average fixed capital is Rp. 4,965,000, and the average operating capital is Rp. Rp 5,648,750, duration of business is 14-16.5 years, source of capital is other sources of capital. From the results of the Differential Test or Paired Sample T-test, it can be seen that there are differences in the average production of shrimp crackers business actors and there are also differences in the income levels of shrimp cracker business actors before and during Covid-19 in Tanjung Solok Village. And from the results of multiple linear regression, it is known that the elasticity of the capital variable has a significant effect on the production variable of the shrimp cracker business in Tanjung Solok Village, while the elasticity of the age, education level and labor variables does not significantly affect the production of the shrimp cracker business in Tanjung Solok Village. And capital and labor variables have a significant effect on the income of shrimp cracker business actors, for the age variable there is a but not significant effect on income and the education level variable has no significant effect on the income of shrimp cracker business actors.
