Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui 1) sikap petani penangkar benih padi terhadap komponen perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan dengan PT. Pertani di Desa Pudak Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, 2) pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan antara petani penangkar benih padi dengan PT. Pertani di Desa Pudak Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, 3) hubungan antara sikap petani penangkar benih padi terhadap perjanjian kerjasama pelaksanaan kemitraan dengan PT. Pertani di Desa Pudak Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Objek penelitian ini adalah petani penangkar benih padi di Desa Pudak Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani di Desa Pudak memiliki sikap dengan ketegori tinggi terhadap perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan dengan PT. Pertani dilihat dari sikap secara keseluruhan dengan persentase 90,75 %. Pelaksanaan perjanjian kemitraan yaitu komponen luas areal, jenis dan varietas, komponen jumlah produksi dan penetapan harga calon benih, komponen hak dan kewajiban kedua pihak, komponen deskripsi dan spesifikasi benih, komponen force majeure (keadaan memaksa), komponen jangka waktu dan komponen penyelesaian perselisihan masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan pada komponen pembayaran benih termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 88,89%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rank spearman terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (nyata) antara sikap petani penangkar benih padi terhadap perjanjian kerjasama pelaksanaan kemitraan dengan PT. Pertani dengan arah positif dan tingkat kekuatan hubungan sangat kuat. Pertani in Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency, 2) implementation of a partnership agreement between rice seed breeders and PT. Pertani in Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu Subdistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency, 3) the relationship between the attitudes of rice seed breeders to the partnership agreement with PT. Pertani in Pudak Kumpeh Ulu Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. The object of this research is rice seed breeders in Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Sampling method using saturated sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and spearman rank analysis. The results showed that farmers in Pudak Village had a high category attitude towards the partnership agreement with PT. Pertani seen from the overall attitude with a percentage of 90.75%. Implementation of the partnership agreement, namely components of area, types and varieties, components of production quantities and pricing of prospective seeds, components of rights and obligations of both parties, components of description and specification of seeds, components of force majeure (force majeure), time period components and components of settlement of incoming disputes in the high category. Meanwhile, the payment component for seeds is included in the low category. Overall the implementation is in the high category with a percentage of 88.89%. Based on the results of the Spearman rank analysis there is a significant (real) relationship between the attitudes of rice seed breeders to the partnership agreement with PT.
