Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi selama empat tahun dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan pencatatan langsung terhadap data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk menjawab masalah, dengan acuan Surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kinerja Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum. Berdasarkakn analisis data dari pembahasan menurut Surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 tahun 1999 menunjukan bahwa kinerja PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi pada tahun 2017 memiliki total nilai kinerja sebesar 50,92 dengan klarifikasi kinerja PERUMDAM “cukup”, di tahun 2018 PERUMDAM memiliki total nilai kinerja sebesar 62,35 dengan klarifikasi kinerja “baik”, tahun 2019 PERUMDAM memiliki total nilai kinerja sebesar 57,37 dengan klarifikasi kinerja “cukup” dan pada tahun 2020 memiliki total nilai kinerja sebesar 51,13 dengan klarifikasi kinerja PERUMDAM “cukup”. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Laporan keuangan   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City for four years from 2017 to 2020. This type of research is a case study of a regional public drinking water company (PERUMDAM) Tirta Mayang Jambi city. Data collection is done by direct recording of the data obtained from the company and documentation. Descriptive data analysis tecnique was used to answer the problem, with reference to the decree of the minister of home affair No 47/1999 on guidelines for evaluating the perfomance of regional public dringking water companies. Based on the analysis of the discussion data according to the Minister of Home Affairs Decree No 47 of 1999 shows that the perfomance of PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City in 2017 has a total perfomance value of 50,92 with the clarification of PERUMDAM perfomance “enought”, in 2018 PERUMDAM has a total perfomance value of 62,35 with a “good” perfomance clarification, in 2019 PERUMDAM had a total performance value 57,37 with a “enough” perfomance clarification and in 2020 it had a total perfomance value of 51,13 with a”enough” PERUMDAM performance clarification.
