Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi terhadap kepercayaan diri dalam berkarir sebagai guru pada mahasiswa jurusan PIPS angkatan 2018 FKIP Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode Ex-post Facto. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan bantuan google form yang disebarkan pada sampel penelitian sebanyak 129 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh Literasi Digital terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru, (2) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru, (3) Terdapat pengaruh Literasi Digital dan Motivasi terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Literasi Digital dan Motivasi terhadap Kepercayaan Diri dalam Berkarir sebagai Guru. Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Motivasi, Kepercayaan diri Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the digital literacy and motivation on self-confidence in a career as a teacher there are students majoring in PIPS class 2018 FKIP Jambi University. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with the Ex-post Facto method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire with the help of google form which is distributed to the research sample of 129 students. Sampling technique with simple random sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that (1) There is an influence of the Digital literacy on self-confidence in a career as a teacher, (2) Motivation on self-confidence in a career as a teacher, (3) Digital literacy and motivation on self-confidence in a career as a teacher. From these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect between Digital literacy and motivation on self-confidence in a career as a teacher.
