Abstract

ABSTRAK - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan teknis dan finansial usaha pupuk organik granul (POG) di unit usaha pupuk kompos BUMDes Karya Bersama Desa Delima, Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif, Data yang digunakan adalah primer dan skrunder. Ketersediaan bahan baku baku kotoran sapi 39,04 ton/hari, pelepah sawit hijau 964.210 ton/tahun, fibre 1.544,4 ton/hari, dan abu 144,79 ton/hari. Jika satu kali produksi memerlukan bahan baku 2,143 ton/hari, kotoran sapi 2,143 ton/hari, pelepah sawit hijau 1,429 ton/hari, dan abu 1,429 ton/hari dan bahan tambahan tepung tapioka 0,4 ton/hari dan EM4 5 kg/hari dengan utilitas solar 60 liter/hari, listrik Rp. 48.425,64/hari, dan air 2.748,25 liter/hari maka didapatkan 108 karung POG/hari. Penentuan lokasi usaha berada di Desa Delima. Tenaga kerja berjumlah 15 orang dengan 3.600 HOK. Layout produksi berdasarkan produk. Analisis finansial meliputi NPV lebih besar dari nol yaitu Rp. 1.713.595.580, IRR yang lebih besar dari MARR 14% yaitu 66,20%, pacback period selama 1,44 tahun dan net B/C yaitu 1,21. Nilai BEP Penerimaan yaitu Rp. 906.311.778/tahun dan BEP Produksi yaitu 7.553 karung/tahun. Keseluruhan kriteria kelayakan teknis dan finansial didapatkan bahwa usaha pupuk organik granul layak didirikan. If one production requires 2.143 tons/day of raw materials, 2.143 tons/day of cow dung, 1.429 tons/day of green palm fronds, and 1.429 tons/day of ash and 0.4 tons/day of tapioca starch and 5 kg/day of EM4 with a solar utility of 60 liters/day, electricity Rp. 48,425.64/day, and water 2,748.25 liters/day, 108 sacks of POG/day are obtained. Financial analysis includes NPV greater than zero, namely Rp. 1,713,595,580, the IRR is greater than the 14% MARR, which is 66.20%, the back period is 1.44 years and the net B/C is 1.21.
