Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh setiap variabel yaitu (I) Profesionalisme Guru dan (II) Managemen Kelas Terhadap (III) Minat Belajar Pada Siswa Jurusan Bisnis Pemasaran Di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 96 siswa dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan seluruhnya sebanyak 96 siswa jurusan bisnis pemasaran di smk negeri 1 kota jambi. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 96. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Minat Belajar Pada Siswa Jurusan Bisnis Pemasaran Di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 7,335 > 1,986. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Managemen Kelas terhadap Minat Belajar Pada Siswa Jurusan Bisnis Pemasaran Di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi dengan nilai thitung > nilai ttabel yaitu 8,662 > 1,986. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Profesionalisme Guru dan Managemen Kelas terhadap Minat Belajar Pada Siswa Jurusan Bisnis Pemasaran Di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi, dimana nilai F Sebesar 55,283 pada signifikansi 0,000 serta R2 sebesar 0,543. Nilai R2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel minat belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel profesionalisme guru dan managemen kelas sebesar 54,3%. Kata kunci: Profesionalisme Guru, Managemen Kelas, Minat Belajar Abstract This study aims to determine each variable, namely (I) Teacher Professionalism and (II) Class Management Against (III) Learning Interest in Marketing Business Department Students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. The population of this study amounted to 96 students and the total sample used was 96 students majoring in marketing business at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is an influence of Teacher Professionalism on Learning Interest in Marketing Business Department Students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City with a value of tcount > ttable which is 7,335 > 1,986. (2) there is a significant influence between Class Management on Learning Interest in Marketing Business Department Students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City with tcount > ttable value, which is 8,662 > 1,986. (3) There is a significant effect between Teacher Professionalism and Class Management on Learning Interest in Marketing Business Department Students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City, where the F value is 55.283 at a significance of 0.000 and R2 is 0.543. The value of R2 shows that the variable of interest in learning can be explained by the variable of teacher professionalism and class management by 54.3%.
