Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) dan dampak dari upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) di Kecamatan Tebo Tengah Kabupaten Tebo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi; wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Camat Tebo Tengah, Kepala Desa/Kelurahan dan Ketua RT dengan cara penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pelayanan secara nyata sesuai dengan teori Hardiansyah yaitu memberikan pelayanan publik; pertama, bukti langsung; kedua, keandalan; ketiga, ketanggapan; keempat, jaminan; dan kelima, empati atau kedekatan. Sedangkan dampak dari upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) terwujudnya transparansi pelayanan, akuntabilitas pelayanan, penyesuaian kondisi pelayanan dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat yang ada untuk mencapai target pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) di Kecamatan Tebo Tengah Kabupaten Tebo. Kata kunci : Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan Perkotaa (PBB-P2) The research is conducted in determine the efforts to improve the service quality of Rural Urban Land and Building Tex (PBB-P2) and the impact of efforts to improve the service quality of Rural Urban Land and Building Tex (PBB-P2) in Tebo Tengah District, Tebo Regency. The reseach is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques include; interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects in this study were the head of Tebo Tengah Sub-district, the head of the Village and the head of the RT by determining the informants using purposive sampling technique. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The results ot the study indicate that effeorts to improve the quality of services for land and building tax in rural urban (PBB-P2) can be carried out by providing real services in accordance with Hardiansyah’s theory, namely providing public services; first, tangibility; second, reliability; third, responsiveness; fourth, assurances; and fifth, empathy. When I get home from work, meanwhile, the impact of efforts to improve the quality of services for the Rural Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) is the realization of a proactive working strategy for the RT Chair who has a special strategy in submitting SPPT and optimizing the time available to achieve the target of paying for the land and building tax in rural urban (PBB-P2) in Tebo Tengah District, Tebo Regency.
