Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Determinan Pendapatan UMKM Penerima Kredit Usaha Rakyat Masa Pandemic Covid 19 Dan Strategi Peningkatannya (Studi Kasus Nasabah KUR BRI Unit Pasar Jambi)”. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dimana (1) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan UMKM Penerima KUR pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ; (2) untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan pendapatan UMKM Penerima KUR dalam masa pandemic Covid-19. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan model analisis SWOT Kuantitatif. Jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Modal Usaha, Jam Kerja, Tenaga Kerja dan KUR berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Penerima KUR di Kota Jambi. Sedangkan Lokasi Usaha tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Penerima KUR di Kota Jambi. Dan untuk hasil dari koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,807 atau 80,7 persen. Dapat diartikan bahwa 80,7 persen pendapatan UMKM Penerima KUR dipengaruhi oleh Modal Usaha, Jam Kerja, Lokasi Usaha, Tenaga Kerja dan KUR sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,3 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang diluar penelitian. Dan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan pendapatan UMKM penerima KUR dalam masa pandemic Covid-19 adalah Strategi Agresif yang terpilih untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM penerima KUR dalam masa pandemic Covid-19 di Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, UMKM dan KUR ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Analysis of Income Determinants of MSMEs Recipients of People's Business Loans during the Covid 19 Pandemic and Improvement Strategies (Case Study of BRI KUR Customers, Jambi Market Unit)". This research includes quantitative research with the research method used is the survey method. This study has the objectives of (1) to analyze the factors that affect the income of MSMEs receiving KUR during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) to formulate a strategy to increase the income of MSMEs receiving KUR during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis and quantitative SWOT analysis model. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study and field research consisting of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, the results showed that the variables of Business Capital, Working Hours, Labor and KUR had a significant effect on the Income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) KUR recipients in Jambi City. While the location of the business does not significantly affect the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) KUR recipients in Jambi City. And for the results of the coefficient of determination obtained R2 value of 0.807 or 80.7 percent. It can be interpreted that 80.7 percent of the income of MSME recipients of KUR is influenced by Business Capital, Working Hours, Business Location, Manpower and KUR while the remaining 19.3 percent is influenced by other factors outside the study. And to formulate a strategy for increasing the income of MSMEs receiving KUR during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Aggressive Strategy was chosen to increase the income of MSMEs receiving KUR during the Covid-19 pandemic in Jambi City by using a SWOT analysis.
