Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh penggunaan konsentrasi starter T. harzianum dalam pengomposan limbah baglog jamur tiram terhadap kualitas briket dan menentukan konsentrasi yang optimal dari penggunaan konsentrasi starter T. harzianum dalam pengomposan limbah baglog jamur tiram terhadap kualitas briket. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan yaitu perlakuan kontrol tanpa starter T. harzianum (P0), 2% starter T. harzianum (P1), 6% starter T. harzianum (P2) dan 10% starter T. harzianum (P3) dengan 6 kali pengulangan. Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini kadar air, kadar abu, nilai kalor dan laju pembakaran. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DNMRT taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil uji DNMRT menunjukkan bahwa parameter kadar air, kadar abu dan laju pembakaran pada perlakuan kontrol (P0) berbeda nyata dengan starter T. harzianum 2%, 6% dan 10% tetapi starter T. harzianum 2%, 6% dan 10% tidak berbeda nyata. Kesimpulan penelitian penggunaan starter T. harzianum pada pengomposan limbah baglog jamur tiram berpengaruh terhadap kualitas briket parameter kadar air, kadar abu dan laju pembakaran, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap parameter nilai kalor. Konsentrasi yang optimal yaitu penggunaan starter T. harzianum 2% (P1). This study aims to determine the effect of using T. harzianum starter concentration in composting oyster mushroom baglog waste on the quality of briquettes and determine the optimal concentration of using T. harzianum starter concentration in composting oyster mushroom baglog waste on briquette quality. This type of research is an experiment with the research design used, namely Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consists of 4 treatments, namely control treatment without T. harzianum starter (P0), 2% T. harzianum starter (P1), 6% T. harzianum starter (P2) and 10% starter T. harzianum (P3) with 6 repetitions. The parameters observed in this study were moisture content, ash content, calorific value and combustion rate. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with the DNMRT test at 95% confidence level. The DNMRT test results showed that the parameters of moisture content, ash content and burning rate in the control treatment (P0) were significantly different from the 2%, 6% and 10% T. harzianum starter but the 2%, 6% and 10% T. harzianum starter did not differ. real. The conclusion of the research using starter T. harzianum in composting oyster mushroom baglog waste has an effect on the quality of the briquettes with parameters of moisture content, ash content and burning rate, but has no effect on the parameters of the calorific value. The optimal concentration is the use of starter T. harzianum 2% (P1).
