Abstract

Soft skills, hard skills and competitiveness are the content of the internship curriculum, supervising and assessing indicators. Furthermore, students practice and improve their soft skills and hard skills through the process of internship implementation. During the students' activities, students should be facilitated to optimize the use of soft skills to explore their hard skills. It is expected that through the process of the internship the students obtain a confident level of soft skills and hard skills as displayed in the output box in the figure. Along with it, the outcome of students become more competitive graduate
