Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Sektor basis di Kota Sungai Penuh (2) Sektor yang prospektif untuk dikembangkan di Kota Sungai Penuh: (3) Pergeseran struktur sektor unggulan di Kota Sugai Penuh (4) Posisi sektor-sektor ekonomi di Kota Sungai Penuh dari tahun 2015-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder .data yang digunakan adalah data PDRB ADHKmenurut lapangan usaha 2015-2020 (Milyar Rupiah). Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Location Quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient, Shift Share dan Typologi Klassen. Hasil analisis LQ terdapat tiga belas sektor basis di Kota Sungai Penuh yaitu sektor pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah dan daur ulang, sektor kontruksi, sektor perdagangan besar dan dan eceran; reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor, sektor transportasi dan pergudangan, sektor penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum, sektor informasi dan komunikasi, sektor jasa keuangan dan asuransi, sektor real estate, sektor jasa perusahaan, sektor administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanann dan jaminan sosial wajib, sektor jasa Pendidikan, sektor jasa Kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial dan sektor jasa lainnya. Hasil DLQ terdapat tiga sektor yang prospektif yaitu sektor industry pengolahan, sektor transportasi dan pergudangan dan sektor jasa perusahaan. Hasil analisis Shift Share selama 2015-2020 PDRB kota sungai penuh mengalami pertambahan nilai absolut atau mengalami kenaikan kinerja perekonomian daerah. Sektor dengan pertambahan nilai di semua sektor. Berdasarkan hasil typology Klassen semua sektor masih dapat berkembang kecuali sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan dan sektor pengadaan listrik dan gas. Kata Kunci: Sektor Unggulan, Sektor Potensial, Location Quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient, Shift Share, Typologi Klassen vii ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze (1) the basic sector in Sungaipuh City (2) Prospective sectors that will be developed in Sungai Penuh City: (3) Shifts in the structure of leading sectors in Sungai Penuh City (4) The position of the economic sector in Sungai Penuh City 2015-2020. This study uses secondary data. The data used is GRDP data by business field 2015-2020 (billion rupiah). The analytical tools used are Location Quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient, Shift Share and Klassen Typology. The results of the LQ analysis are thirteen basic sectors in Sungai Penuh City, namely the clean water sector, waste management, waste and recycling, construction sector, wholesale and retail trade sector; car and motorcycle repair sector, transportation and warehousing sector, accommodation and food and beverage provision sector, information and communication sector, financial and insurance services sector, real estate sector, corporate services sector, government administration sector, defense sector and compulsory social security, service sector education, health services and social activities as well as other services. The results of the DLQ analysis are three prospective sectors, namely manufacturing sector, transportation and warehousing sector, and corporate services sector. The results of the Shift Share analysis show that the City of Sungai Penuh has experienced an increase in absolute value or an increase in regional economic performance. Sector with added value in all sectors. The results of the Klassen typology are that all sectors can still be developed except for the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors as well as the electricity and gas procurement sector.
