Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku harga produk peternakan (daging sapi, daging ayam dan telur ayam ras) selama bulan puasa pada periode sebelum, awal, dan masa pandemi Covid-19 di pasar Tradisional Provinsi Jambi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh periode waktu terhadap perubahan harga produk peternakan (daging sapi, daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras) selama bulan puasa pada periode sebelum, awal, dan masa pandemi Covid-19 di pasar Tradisional Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data sekunder dalam bentuk data runtun waktu (time series) mingguan. Data time series yang digunakan pada periode Sebelum (2019), Awal (2020) dan Masa (2021) Pandemi Covid-19. Pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan Eviews 10. Data di analisis secara deskriptf dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan harga digunakan uji beda. Hasil analisis dari Perilaku harga terhadap daging sapi, telur ayam ras yaitu harganya “berfluktuasi rendah” cenderung meningkat pada periode Sebelum (2019) Pandemi Covid-19, namun pada daging ayam ras periode sebelum dan masa berfluktuasi rendah atau harganya stabil namun, di awal pandemic harganya berfluktuasi tinggi atau harganya tidak stabil. Periode Sebelum (2019) pandemi Covid-19 harga produk peternakan tidak terlalu meningkat, namun pada Awal (2020) Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki harga yang menurun diakibatkan oleh perekonomian sulit dan kembali meningkat drastis pada periode Masa (2021) pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi Jambi dan Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD sama-sama tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada harga daging sapi dan daging ayam ras periode sebelum (2019) ke awal (2020), awal (2020) ke masa (2021), sebelum (2019) ke masa (2021), namun pada telur ayam ras terdapat sama-sama memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan periode sebelum (2019) ke awal (2020), awal (2020) ke masa (2021), sebelum (2019) ke masa (2021) The purpose of this study was to determine the price behavior of livestock products (beef, chicken and eggs) during the fasting month in the period before, at the start, and during the Covid-19 pandemic in traditional markets in Jambi Province, to determine the effect of the time period on changes in product prices. livestock (beef, purebred chicken and purebred chicken eggs) during the fasting month in the period before, at the start, and during the Covid-19 pandemic at traditional markets in Jambi Province. This data processing was carried out using SPSS and Eviews 10 software. The data was analyzed descriptively and to find out the difference in prices a different test was used. The results of the analysis of price behavior for beef, broiler chicken eggs, namely the price "fluctuated low" tended to increase in the period before (2019) the Covid-19 Pandemic, but in the period before and during the period the fluctuated low or the price was stable but, at the beginning of the pandemic the price fluctuates greatly or the price is unstable. Before the Covid-19 pandemic (2019) the price of livestock products did not increase too much, but at the Beginning (2020) of the Covid-19 Pandemic the price decreased due to a difficult economy and again increased drastically during the Period (2021) of the Covid-19 pandemic in the Province Jambi and Based on the results of the LSD test both there is no significant difference in the price of beef and chicken from the period before (2019) to the beginning (2020), the beginning (2020) to the period (2021), before (2019) to the period ( 2021), but in purebred chicken eggs there are both significant differences from the period before (2019) to the beginning (2020), the beginning (2020) to the period (2021), before (2019) to the period (2021)
