Abstract

Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Interpesonal skill dan Intrapersonal skill terhadap keberhasilan usaha wirausaha Wanita di Kota Jambi. Populasi pada penelitian kali ini adalah wirausaha Wanita di Kota Jambi. Varibel dalam penelitian adalah variabel independent Interpersonal skill (X1) dan Intrapersonal skill (X2). Variabel dependen (Y) yaitu Keberhasilan usaha (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Analisis Deskriptif melalui aplikasi statistical package for the sosial science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Interpesonal skill dan Intrapersonal skill berpengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap keberhasilan usaha wirausaha Wanita di Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan Uji Individual (parsial) kedua variabel berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keberhasilan usaha wirausaha Wanita di Kota Jambi. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills on the success of women's entrepreneurial businesses in Jambi City. The population in this study are women entrepreneurs in the city of Jambi. The variables in this study are the independent variables Interpersonal skills (X1) and Intrapersonal skills (X2). The dependent variable (Y) is business success (Y). This study uses primary data. The analytical method in this study uses validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis through the application of the statistical package for the social science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills have a simultaneous (together) effect on the success of women's entrepreneurial businesses in Jambi City. Based on the individual test (partial) the two variables have an effect on the success of women's entrepreneurial businesses in the city of Jambi.
