Abstract

tambah sebesar Rp. 53.587,72 dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 83,00, agroindustri Tiga Bintang menghasilkan rata-rata nilai tambah sebesar Rp. 56.248,74 dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 83,92, agroindutri Sari Rasa menghasilkan rata-rata nilai tambah sebesar Rp. 52.533,58 dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 79,29, agroindustri Mekar lestari menghasilkan rata-rata nilai tambah sebesar Rp. 45.281,26 dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 78,37. Dari ke lima agroindustri sale pisang tersebut hasil nilai tambah yang lebih tinggi adalah agroindustri sale pisang Sumber Rezeki dibandingkan dengan agroindustri lainya. Kata Kunci : Agroindustri, Sale Pisang, Nilai Tambah ABSTRAC This study aims to: 1) Know the general description of the banana sale agroindustry in Purwo Bakti Hamlet, Bathin III District, Muara Bungo Regency, 2) Know the amount of added value from the business of processing bananas into selling bananas in Purwobakti Hamlet, Bathin III District, Muara Bungo Regency, namely in agro-industry Sumber Rezeki, Bungo Family agro-industry, Tiga Bintang agro-industry, Sari Rasa agroindustry and Mekar Lestari agro-industry. The data used are primary data and secondary data, the analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research method used is through direct interviews with respondents. The descriptive method is used to describe the general description of the banana sale agro-industry, calculating the added value using the Hayami method. The results showed (1) the banana sale processing activities started from the selection of banana raw materials to sale bananas, the bananas used were Sarawak bananas which were quite old, the processing of banana sales using a manual system. (2) the added value generated by Sumber Rezeki agro-industry is Rp. 56,568.04 with an added value ratio of 84.11, the Bungo Family agro-industry generates an average added value of Rp. 53,587.72 with an added value ratio of 83.00, Tiga Bintang agro-industry produces an average added value of Rp. 56,248.74 with an added value ratio of 83.92, Sari Rasa agro-industry produces an average added value of Rp. 52,533.58 with an added value ratio of 79.29, Mekar lestari agro-industry produces an average added value of Rp. 45,281.26 with an added value ratio of 78.37. Of the five banana sale agro-industry, the result of higher added value is the Sumber Rezeki banana sale agro-industry compared to other agro-industry.
