Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu investasi yang dapat dilakukan investor adalah berinvestasi di pasar modal. Alasan mengapa pasar modal dikatakan memiliki fungsi keuangan adalah karena pasar modal memberikan kepada pemilik dana kemungkinan dan kesempatan untuk memperoleh pengembalian sesuai dengan karakteristik investasi yang dipilih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt-To-Equity Ratio, Return On Asset dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap harga saham perusahaan konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling, Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikoliieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heterokedastisitas, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji f ( simultan), uji t (persial) dan Uji Koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial hanya Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset dan Total Asset Turn Over yang pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham sedangkan current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham. Secara simultan Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset dan Total Asset Turn Over berpengaruh terhadap Harga saham pada perusahaan Konstruksi dan Bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Kata kunci : Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset dan Total Asset Turnover, Harga saham ABSTRACT One of the investments that investors can make is investing in the capital market. The reason why the capital market is said to have a financial function is because the capital market provides the possibility and opportunity for fund owners to obtain returns according to the characteristics of the chosen investment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt-To-Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and Total Asset Turnover on stock prices of construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. In this study using multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test consisting of f test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted in this study, it can be concluded that partially only Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and Total Assets Turn Over have a significant effect on stock prices while the current ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and Total Asset Turn Over affect stock prices in construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.
