Abstract
ABSTRAK – Penelitian hidroponik sistem DFT ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian debit air fertigasi terhadap hasil produktivitas tanaman selada hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 3 macam perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, sehingga didapat 15 satuan percobaan, perlakuan pertaman pengairan selama 2 jam dengan frekuensi 2x1 jam, perlakuan kedua pengairan selama 4 jam dengan frekuensi 2x2 jam, dan perlakuan ketiga pengairan selama 6 jam dengan frekuensi 2x3 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan debit air fertigasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap lama waktu pengairan dan berat brangkas bawah tanaman. Akar selada hijau pada sistem fertigasi DFT memiliki ciri-ciri warna putih kekuning-kuningan dan bentuk akar melebar. Pengairan setiap perlakuan pada debit akhir selama 2, 4 dan 6 jam mengalami penurunan dari debit awal masing-masing sebesar 0,00055, 0,0003 dan 0,0002 liter per detik. Perlakuan 6 jam penggunaan air nutrisi terbanyak 4.338 liter dan penggunaan air paling sedikit pada perlakuan 2 jam air nutrisi 4.185 liter terhadap jumlah air nutrisi awal sebanyak 28 liter. Berdasarkan penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa semakin lama aliran yang dilakukan pada sistem DFT maka penggunaan air semakin besar. Hasil produktivitas tanaman selada untuk perlakuan terbaik pada saat proses pengairan 2 jam aliran debit air fertigasi dengan jumlah penggunaan air paling sedikit, hasil berat segar tanaman 97,72 g, berat brangkas bawah 14, 22, dan berat brangkas atas tanaman sebesar 83,35 g. ABSTRACT – This DFT system hydroponic research was conducted to determine the effect of fertigation water discharge on the productivity of green lettuce. This study used a completely randomized design method with 3 treatments and 5 replications, so that 15 experimental units were obtained, the first treatment was irrigation for 2 hours with a frequency of 2x1 hour, the second treatment was irrigation for 4 hours with a frequency of 2x2 hours, and the third treatment was irrigation for 6 hours. with a frequency of 2x3 hours. The results showed that fertigation water discharge had a significant effect on the length of time for irrigation and the weight of the lower plant. The green lettuce root in the DFT fertigation system has the characteristics of a yellowish white color and a wide root shape. Irrigation of each treatment at the final discharge for 2, 4 and 6 hours decreased from the initial discharge of 0.00055, 0.0003 and 0.0002 liters per second, respectively. The 6-hour treatment used the most 4.338 liters of nutrient water and the least water usage in the 2-hour treatment of 4,185 liters of nutrient water to the initial amount of 28 liters of nutrient water. Based on this research, it shows that the longer the flow is carried out in the DFT system, the greater the water usage. The yield of lettuce plant productivity for the best treatment during the 2-hour irrigation process with fertigation water flow with the least amount of water usage, the yield of fresh plant weight was 97.72 g, bottom safe weight 14.22, and top box safe weight was 83.35 g.
