Abstract

ABSTRAK Berliana, Novi. (2023). Pengaruh Kecemasan, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Coping Strategy Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Program Studi Doktor Kependidikan, Promotor Prof. Dr. Drs. Ekawarna, M.Psi., Co-Promotor Dr. Drs. Hendra Sofyan, M.Si. Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Manap Kota Jambi masih merupakan masalah yang perlu segera ditanggulangi, sebab kinerja perawat menentukan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kecemasan, stress kerja, kepuasan kerja dan coping strategy terhadap kinerja perawat. Delapan hipotesis diusulkan untuk membangun ulang model konstruk variable dan melihat pengaruh langsung serta pengaruh tidak langsung dari variable-variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 21 hari, dari tanggal 17 Maret hingga 7 April 2021, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 161 orang perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Abdul Manap Kota Jambi yang dipilih secara total sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diadopsi dari beberapa peneliti terdahulu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis dengan aplikasi SPSS 25 dimulai dengan pengukuran kualitas struktur model sampai dengan uji pengaruh. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kecemasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Coping Strategy, (2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Coping Strategy, (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Coping Strategy, (4) Kecemasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, (5) Kepusaan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, (6) Coping Strategy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, (7) Coping Strategy mampu memediasi antara kecemasan terhadap Kinerja, dan (8) Coping Strategy mampu memediasi antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dan memberikan dampak yang positif serta menjadi masukan yang berarti bagi pimpinan rumah sakit dan khususnya bagi pimpinan keperawatan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan kinerja perawat dengan memperhatikan determinan kinerja sesuai kekhasan di rumah sakit Kata Kunci: Kecemasan, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Coping Strategy, Kinerja, Perawat ABSTRACT Berliana, Novi. The focus on the performance of nurses is a problem that must be addressed immediately, because nursing services determine the quality of hospital services. Poor performance will have an impact on low service, patients feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Performance in this study is closely related to how much anxiety is felt by nurses, work stress and job satisfaction received by nurses. This research aims to develop a theoretical foundation for a conceptual model of the antecedents of nurse performance, which includes variables such as anxiety, job stress, job satisfaction, and coping strategies. To reconstruct the variable construct model and examine the direct and indirect effects of these variables, eight hypotheses are proposed. This study was conducted over the course of 21 days, from 17 March to 7 April 2021, utilizing a quantitative approach and survey research design. Total sampling was used to select 161 nurses from the Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital in Jambi City to participate in this study. Utilizing a questionnaire to acquire research data. This study employs Path Analysis in SPSS 25 for its data analysis, beginning with the evaluation of model structure quality and ending with an influence test. The study's findings indicate: (1) Anxiety has a statistically significant effect on Coping Strategy, so the hypothesis is accepted. (2) Job Stress has a statistically significant effect on Coping, so the hypothesis is accepted. (3) Job satisfaction has a significant influence on Coping Strategy, so the hypothesis is supported. (4) Anxiety has a statistically significant effect on performance , so the hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. (6) The variable Coping Strategy has a significant effect on performance, therefore the hypothesis is accepted. (7) Coping Strategy variable can mediate the relationship between anxiety and performance. (8) Coping Strategy is capable of mediating the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. From the results of this research data analysis, it can be seen that anxiety, stress, and job satisfaction of nurses can be overcome by exploring coping strategies that exist within the nurse and from outside the nurse so that good performance is achieved for nurses in the hospital. Therefore, it is recommended that stakeholders, Heads of Hospitals, Nurses' Forums, Health Services, and the Ministry of Health be able to facilitate and formulate policies that can improve job satisfaction and nurse performance.
