Abstract

The arrangement of PKL in Pasar Talang Banjar is considered necessary to be managed and arranged in such a way by the Government so that there is no confusion among the public about the existence of PKL in Pasar Talang Banjar and provide legal certainty for public facilities that are usually occupied by PKL so that it is more guaranteed. The purpose of this study is to find out the arrangement of street vendors in Talang Banjar Market, Jambi City according to Regional Regulation number 12 of 2016 and to find out the evaluation of the arrangement of street vendors in Talang Banjar Market, Jambi City according to Regional Regulation number 12 of 2016. The theory used is the theory of policy evaluation according to William N Dunn. For research methods using qualitative types of research obtained wawwancara techniques, observations, and documentation. The results of this study on the Arrangement and Empowerment of PKL have followed Jambi City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning the Arrangement of PKL in the Talang Banjar Market in Jambi City, namely by structuring PKL, regulating PKL, and fostering PKL and Evaluating the Policy of Jambi City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning PKL Arrangement in Talang Banjar Market, Jambi City is not going well because there are still many street vendors in Talang Banjar Market, Jambi City, judging from William's opinion. N Dunn.
