Abstract
ABSTRACT Background: Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of virus that was first reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that the cause of Covid-19 is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2), the virus attacks the upper respiratory tract, then spreads to the lower respiratory tract and continues to the gastrointestinal tract. This study aims to describe the profile of COVID-19 patients at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi. Methods: This research is an observational study that is descriptive cross-sectional in nature, which describes the profile picture of Covid-19 patients seeking treatment at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi. Data on Covid-19 patients recorded during the period October 2021 - December 2021 obtained 30 samples. Results: Most of the profiles of Covid-19 patients were found at ages 50-59 and 70-79, male sex, with the most major complaints being respiratory system disorders, and no comorbidities were found. Vital signs obtained normal pulse rate, tachypnea breathing, normal oxygen saturation, and normal blood pressure. Laboratory examination obtained ALC in the normal category, NLR in the suspicious category, the most RT-PCR examinations with positive results with one examination, while the most Antigen Swabs with negative results, length of stay 8-14 days, Exit with independent isolation. Conclusion: Covid-19 patients at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi have different characteristics, clinical results, and laboratory tests with varying results. Most are in accordance with the theory and a few have results that are different from the theory. Keywords: Profile, Treatment, Covid-19 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah jenis virus baru yang di laporkan pertama kali di Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei. World Health Organization (WHO) mengumumkan penyebab Covid-19 ini merupakan Severe Acute Respitarory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-Cov-2), virus menyerang saluran napas atas, lalu menyebar ke saluran napas bawah dan berlanjut menuju saluran gastrointestinal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran profil pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional yang bersifat deskriptif cross-sectional yaitu menggambarkan gambaran profil pasien Covid-19 yang berobat di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Data pasien Covid-19 yang tercatat selama periode Oktober 2021 – Desember 2021 didapatkan sebanyak 30 sampel. Hasil: Gambaran profil pasien Covid-19 terbanyak didapatkan pada usia 50-59 dan 70-79, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan keluhan utama terbanyak adalah gangguan sistem pernapasan, serta tidak ditemukan komorbid. Tanda-tanda vital didapatkan frekuensi nadi normal, pernapasan takipnea, saturasi oksigen normal, dan tekanan darah normal. Pemeriksaan Laboratorium didapatkan ALC kategori normal, NLR kategori curiga, pemeriksaan RT-PCR terbanyak dengan hasil positif dengan satu kali pemeriksaan, sedangkan Swab Antigen terbanyak dengan hasil negatif, lama perawatan 8-14 hari, Exit dengan isolasi mandiri. Kesimpulan: Pasien Covid-19 di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi memiliki karakteristik, hasil klinis, dan pemeriksaan laboratorium dengan hasil yang beragam. Sebagian besar sesuai dengan teori dan sebagian kecil memiliki hasil yang berbeda dengan teori. Kata Kunci: Profil, Perawatan, Covid-19
