Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA LIFT THE FLAP BOOK BERBASIS GRAFIS PADA MATERI METAMORFOSIS DI KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR Oleh Esty Nurbaya, S.Pd Program S1 PGSD Universitas Jambi e-mail: Esty03nurbaya@gmail.com ABSTRACK The research aims to determine the development procedures, validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Graph-Based lift the Flap Book media on Metamorphosis Material in Grade IV of Primary School. This research was conducted at SDN 225 / IX Kasang Solok in March 2018. The research data was obtained by giving questionnaire to the expert, practical questionnaire in the form of teacher and student response, and initial and final test after doing media test. After the questionnaire is returned, the data are analyzed by using the average formulas of the assessment results of the experts / practitioners, the percentage of implementation, and the percentage of effectiveness. The results showed that the research and development of the graphic-based flap lift media on the metamorphosis material in grade IV of elementary school was developed using the 4-D development model. The level of validity and the media of the graphic-based flap book lift on metamorphosis material in grade IV of Primary School is valid to be used in learning with the prevalence level of media 3,14 and the level of validity of material 3 under the "valid" category. The level of practicality of the media lifting the graphic-based flap book on metamorphosis material in the fourth grade of elementary school can be known the practicality of the product developed based on the teacher response that has 95.83% percentage and the response of learners has 84.46% percentage with the category "very practical". The media lift the graphic-based flap book on metamorphosis material in grade IV of elementary school can be known effectiveness with level of effectiveness based on pre test result get average value 65,7 with criterion quite effective. While the post test results obtained an average value of 86.4 which was declared very effective "very effective". Keywords: lift the flap book, graphics, metamorphosis.
