Abstract

ABSTRACT Research this aim for for know the problem teacher SMP Negeri 5 Kota Jambi within learning poetry class VIII Year Doctrine 2017/2018 reviewed from 5 aspects namely internalproblems , external problems ,usage component learning by the inner teacher material poetry , inner teacher characteristics learning poetry , structure physical and inner poetry . Themethod used is approach qualitative . Data source obtained throughIndonesian language teachers and students class VIII. Technique data collection within research this use technique observation and interview .Results research show that the teacher's problem is deep learning poetry namely (1) The internal problems of teachers experience problems in dominate teaching materials and skills teaching,(2) external problems onlocation room class , atmosphere learning , and amenities learning ,(3) usage component learning in material poetry thatis source learning , strategy learning, instructional media, and evaluation learning. (4)the characteristicsofteachers in learning poetry ie teachers as teachers,teachers as rolemodel,teacher as reformer ,teacher as guides , and teachers as creator . (5) structure physical poetry there on diction , pengimajian , kata concrete , andlanguage figurative , while on structure physical located on feelings , and tones or atmosphere.Fromthe results findings researchers conclude that research Air title MasterProblemSMP Negeri 5 Jambi Learning Poetry Class VIII Year Doctrine 2017/2018 exists many teacher problems.
