Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Jambi”. Kegunaan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji bagaimana perkembangan Investasi,Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Jumlah Perusahaan Industri dan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2001-2021. Untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh Investasi, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Jumlah Perusahaan Industri terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2001-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtut waktu selama periode tahun 2001-2021 dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Berdasarkan hasil estimasi regresi liniear berganda, secara simultan menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan antara Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Jambi dengan variabel-variabel lainnya yang ada di dalam model. Sedangkan secara parsial faktor yang mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Jambi investasi, dana alokasi khusus dan jumlah perusahaan industri. Sedangkan dana alokasi umum tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2001-2021. Kata Kunci : Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Investasi, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Jumlah Perusahaan Industri. ABSTRACT This study entitled "Analysis of Factor Influencing Labor Absorption in Jambi Province". The use of this research is to find out and study how the development of Investment, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Number of Industrial Companies and Labor Absorption in Jambi Province in 2001-2021. To examine how investment, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Number of Industrial Companies influence the Absorption of Labor in Jambi Province in 2001-2021. This study uses time series data for the period 2001-2021 using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression estimation, it simultaneously shows a significant impact between Labor Absorption in Jambi Province and other variables in the model. Meanwhile, partially the factor that affect the Absorption of Labor in Jambi Province are investment, special allocation funds and the number of industrial companies. Meanwhile, the general allocation fund did not have a significant impact on employment in Jambi Province in 2001-2021.
