Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity, solvability, activity, and firm size on profit growth.The type of data used in this study is secondary data,which was obtained from the annual financial reports of cosmetics company during 2016-2021. The sampling method used in this researched is saturation sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this research were Descriptive Statistical, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Testing, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, F Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The result of this study indicate that liquidity, solvability, activity, and firm size have simultaneous effects on profit growth. Liquidity and solvability partially have no significance effect on profit growth, but activity, and firm size partially indicate a positive and significant on profit growth. .
