Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang: Covid-19 adalah pandemi yang disebabkan oleh virus baru yang telah menyebabkan lebih dari 112 juta kasus di seluruh dunia dan lebih dari 1,3 juta kasus di Indonesia. Virus ini menyebar melalui droplet pernapasan dan dapat menyebabkan infeksi jika tangan kontak dengan permukaan yang terkontaminasi. Kehamilan dapat memperburuk prognosis maternal dan neonatal dari infeksi virus. Studi di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan ibu hamil dengan Covid-19 memiliki gejala klinis yang ringan, namun risiko komplikasi seperti preterm labor dan perdarahan dapat terjadi pada sebagian dari mereka. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memahami dampak Covid-19 pada ibu hamil dan janin serta cara terbaik untuk mencegah dan mengobati infeksi pada kelompok rentan ini. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Karakteristik pasien ibu hamil yang terinfeksi Covid-19 di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi tahun 2020-2022. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi fenomena pada populasi tanpa memberikan intervensi apapun kepada subjek penelitian. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil yang terinfeksi Covid-19 di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi pada tahun 2020-2022 berstatus bekerja (60,0%), berusia 20-35 tahun (78,9%), multigravida (64,4%), berada di usia kehamilan trimester III (67,8%), bersalin secara sectio cesarea (77,8%), memiliki gejala klinis sedang (87,7%), dan pasien dalam keaadaan hidup (98,9%) . Sebagian besar juga memiliki kadar hemoglobin yang rendah (85,6%), kadar leukosit yang tinggi (56,7%), dan nilai D-dimer yang normal (82,2%). Sebagian besar juga memiliki gambaran radiologis yang normal (55,6%). Kesimpulan: Ibu hamil dengan Covid-19 di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi pada tahun 2020-2022 cenderung memiliki kadar hemoglobin rendah, kadar leukosit tinggi, nilai D-dimer normal, dan gambaran radiologis normal. Mereka juga cenderung berusia muda, bekerja, multigravida, berada di usia kehamilan trimester III, bersalin secara sectio cesarea, memiliki gejala klinis yang sedang dan angka kematian yang rendah. The virus spreads through respiratory droplets and can cause infection if hands come into contact with contaminated surfaces. Pregnancy can worsen the maternal and neonatal prognosis of viral infections. Studies in Indonesia show that most pregnant women with Covid-19 have mild clinical symptoms, but the risk of complications such as preterm labor and bleeding can occur in some of them. More research is needed to understand the impact of Covid-19 on pregnant women and fetuses and how best to prevent and treat infections in this vulnerable group. Objective: To know the characteristics of pregnant women patients infected with Covid-19 at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in 2020-2022. Methods: This study is an observational descriptive study with a cross-sectional design that aims to investigate phenomena in the population without providing any intervention to the research subject. Results: The results showed that most pregnant women infected with Covid-19 at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in 2020-2022 had working status (60.0%), aged 20-35 years (78.9%), multigravida (64.4%), were in the third trimester of pregnancy (67.8%),gave birth sectio cesarea (77.8%), and had moderate clinical symptoms (87.7%), and the patient was alive (98.9%). Most also had low hemoglobin levels (85.6%), high leukocyte levels (56.7%), and normal D-dimer values (82.2%). Most also have a normal radiological picture (55.6%). Conclusion: Pregnant women with Covid-19 at Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital in 2020-2022 tend to have low hemoglobin levels, high leukocyte levels, normal D-dimer values, and normal radiological images. They also tend to be young, working, multigravida, being in the III trimester of gestational age, and giving birth sectio cesarea,had moderate clinical symptoms and a low mortality rate..
