Abstract
ABSTRAK - Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial produksi pangan lokal kue bolen berbasis tepung kulit singkong di Kota Jambi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kriteria investasi yaitu dengan melihat nilai dari NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio dan Payback Period. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai dari kriteria investasi yaitu NPV sebesar Rp258.596.244. Nilai IRR sebesar 104,6%. Nilai Net B/C sebesar 1,29. Berdasarkan kriteria pengembalian investasi usaha (payback period), diperoleh masa pengembalian investasi usaha 2 tahun 10 bulan. BEP usaha berada pada saat usaha mengalami penerimaan sebesar Rp317.054.332. Hasil analisis sensitivitas usaha terhadap perubahan komponen penerimaan mencapai 49,85% dan penurunan jumlah produksi mencapai 49,85%, serta tingkat toleransi penurunan harga mencapai 77,21%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan finansial yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa usaha Produksi Pangan Lokal Kue Bolen Berbasis Tepung Kulit Singkong layak didirikan. Kata Kunci : Tepung Kulit Singkong;Bolen; Analisis Finansial ABSTRACT - This study was conducted to analyze the financial feasibility of local food production, cakes bolen based on cassava peel flour in Jambi City. Research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The analysis used in this study is an analysis of investment criteria by looking at the value of the NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio and Payback Period. The results showed that the value of the investment criteria, namely NPV, was Rp258.596.244. The IRR value is 104,6%. The Net B/C value is 1,29. Based on the criteria for return on business investment (payback period), the return period for business investment is 1 years and 7months. The BEP of the business was at the time when the business experienced revenue of Rp317.054.332. The results of the business sensitivity analysis to changes in the revenue component reached 49,85% and a decrease in the number of productions reached 49,85%, and the tolerance level for price declines reached 77,21%. Based on the results of the financial feasibility analysis conducted, it shows that the Local Food Production Business of Cake Bolen Based on Cassava Skin Flour is feasible to be established.
