Abstract
Puskesmas Aur Duri merupakan salah satu Puskesmas yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Jambi. Saat ini proses pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Aur Duri masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan melakukan pendaftaran langsung di Puskesmas Aur Duri. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan pada masa pasca pandemi seperti saat ini, pelayanan manual ini tidak efisien karena dapat menimbulkan penumpukan massa yang dapat menyebabkan penyebaran penyakit. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut agar proses pendaftaran pelayanan di Puskesmas Aur Duri menjadi lebih efisien. Dalam proses pengembangan sistem, peneliti menggunakan model prototype sebagai model pengembangan sistem. Selanjutnya setelah sistem selesai dibuat kemudian dilakukan pengujian menggunakan model blackbox dengan menggunakan software Katalon Studio. Sistem yang dikembangkan akan membantu Puskesmas Aur Duri untuk meminimalisir penyebaran penyakit dengan memungkinkan masyarakat melakukan reservasi di Puskesmas Aur Duri secara online. Aur Duri health center is one of the health center that provides public health care in Jambi city. Currently, the health service process at the Aur Duri health center is still carried out manually, namely by registering directly at the Aur Duri health center. This is a problem in the post-pandemic period like today, this manual service is inefficient because it can cause mass accumulation which can cause the spread of disease. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system that can overcome this problem so that the process of registering services at the Aur Duri health center becomes more efficient. In the process of developing the system, researcher use prototype model as system development model. Furthermore, after the system is completed, it is then tested using a blackbox model using katalon studio software. The system developed will help Aur Duri health center to minimize the spread of disease by allowing people to do reservation at Aur Duri health center online.
